• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Follow standard operating procedures and company protocols when interacting with customers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and meet sales targets
• Collaborate with team members and share feedback to continuously improve overall customer experience
• Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies to ensure customer security
