We are seeking a Junior Blended Process - Voice and Non-Voice professional for our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. • Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
• Prepare reports and summaries of customer interactions as required
