Job Description

  

Roles and Responsibilities:  

 

Calling Indian banking/financial consumers for collections/subscriptions.

 

Important Skills / Competencies Required for the job holder: 

 

· Fluency in Hindi is a key requirement.

· Good vocal and written communication in English is an advantage.

· Personal characteristics- good attitude & Interpersonal skills

· Basic awareness of Computers is a must and useful skill to operate.

 

Degree/Qualification:

 

Education level- Any diploma/ Graduation.

 

Salary Details:

 

CTC – 2,30,000 – 3,50,000 PA based on current CTC and years of experience

+ incentives ranging from 5,000 – 25,000/month based on target achievement

 

Shift Details:

 

 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
