Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of MIS Executive at Headup HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS reporting and strong problem-solving and management skills. As an MIS Executive, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights on business performance.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.
• Assist in developing strategies and action plans based on data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and support their analytical needs.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies related to MIS reporting and analytics.
