Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Headsup HR Solutions. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting job seekers with employers, and provide comprehensive recruitment and staffing services. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Confidence and ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
• Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job openings
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Proficient in using social media for talent acquisition
• Marketing skills to attract and engage potential candidates
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Post job openings on various platforms and utilize social media to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating job offers
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and job vacancies
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company's employer brand
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process
