Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Headsup HR Solutions. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting job seekers with employers, and provide comprehensive recruitment and staffing services. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Confidence and ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
- Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job openings
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Proficient in using social media for talent acquisition
- Marketing skills to attract and engage potential candidates
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Post job openings on various platforms and utilize social media to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating job offers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and job vacancies
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company's employer brand
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process
