We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Closing Manager to join our real estate team. As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for successfully closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on converting prospects into customers by effectively addressing their queries, providing detailed information about our projects, and facilitating the booking process.
Responsibilities:
- Close deals by guiding prospects through the booking process and addressing their concerns or questions related to the project, flats, pricing, and payment terms.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to keep them engaged and informed about updates, promotions, and available units.
- Develop a deep understanding of our real estate projects, including features, benefits, pricing, and market trends, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of customer issues or escalations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and enhance the closing process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry in closing and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate market, including property types, pricing dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, address their queries, and build trust.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on closing deals and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in local languages (Hindi, Marathi) is preferred.
