Purpose of this role is to manage and oversee the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively as per the project & production requirement


Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)

1. Planning & controlling of inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within Budget

2. Oversee all invoices for quantity, quality, rates and maintain record accordingly

3. Ensure regular availability & maintains appropriate level of inventory

4. Oversee issuing of material to contractors & sub-contractors during construction phase

5. Manages all aspects of Loss Prevention and adheres to operations controls

6. Organize store as per defined safety standards, procedures & regulations

7. Coordinate with shop floor, purchasing, logistics & finance function for smooth functioning

8. Prepare & present various reports related to store functioning

to time.
