Role & Responsibilities
- Regular follow-up with leads / potential clients and support sales team
- Maintain and share the daily progress report
- Strong knowledge in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha etc.
- Extensive Cold Calling and Reaching out to prospects
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Strong Primary / Secondary research skills
- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of Inside Sales, Lead generation and prospecting experience in a SaaS/B2B company.
- Clear, concise, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge about Lead Life Cycle / Funnel Management
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude that helps to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
