Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Final CA to join our team at H Dave & Co, a leading research and education company specializing in management accounting. As a Final CA, you will be responsible for providing financial and strategic guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's growth and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Final CA qualification
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key financial indicators and performance metrics
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic financial plans

Inter or final CA (preferably not pursuing CA)

Needed at Goregoan location in Mumbai.

Should be well versed with Income Tax, TDS, GST and accounting.

Should have a working knowledge of MS OFFICE.
