Role & responsibilities :

• Welcoming visitors: Greet visitors and clients in a friendly manner, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answering phone calls: Answer and direct phone calls to the correct department, take messages, and screen calls
• Handling mail: Receive, sort, and deliver mail, documents, and packages
• Scheduling appointments: Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
• Providing customer service: Address inquiries from clients or customers, and provide information about the company's services or products
• Performing administrative tasks: Maintain office supplies, perform basic filing and recordkeeping, and prepare documents
• Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area and other common areas clean and tidy
• Maintaining security: Maintain security protocols and ensure visitors sign in on arrival

Preferred candidate profile:

Receptionists should be organized, friendly, and have a cheery personality. They should also have good technology skills, including the ability to use computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, and printers.
