Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced and talented Interior Designer in creating exceptional, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality design output .

- Develop and implement design concepts, plans, and specifications for various projects .

- Conduct site visits, assessments, and surveys to determine design requirements and feasibility .

- Create and manage project timelines, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery .

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Communicate effectively with clients,and team members to ensure design alignment and project success .

- Manage and maintain design standards, quality control, and brand consistency .

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field .

- 2+ years of experience in interior design management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Proficiency in design software.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
