We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing the OHi App's interface and ensuring a delightful user journey, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

UI/UX Design:

Design and enhance the OHi App's user interface, ensuring it is visually appealing and user-friendly.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define user experience goals and translate them into actionable designs.

User Research:

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to represent user needs effectively.

Design Systems and Guidelines:

Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across the app's visual elements.

Ensure designs align with OHi App's branding and accessibility standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.

Provide design specifications, assets, and guidance to developers for implementation.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the app's experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with mobile app design experience.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers (optional but preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including case studies and outcomes.
