We are seeking a Principal SDET to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role at the senior level, tailored for candidates with a maximum of 10 years of experience. The Principal SDET will lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of testing systems to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in software development and testing with a maximum of 10 years is essential to be considered for this role.
• Proficiency in Python (Mandatory skill) with the ability to develop scalable test automation solutions efficiently.
• Extensive experience with Selenium (Mandatory skill) for creating robust test scripts and automation tasks.
• Strong knowledge of the Robot Framework is required to design and implement test cases effectively.
• Experience with Appium for mobile application testing to ensure exceptional product quality across platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing to identify and resolve software defects early in the development cycle.
• Deep understanding of test automation principles and best practices to optimize testing workflows and resources.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software and automation issues efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of effective testing strategies across various software projects and platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to detect, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SDET team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
• Act as a technical leader in review sessions, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and analysis to stakeholders, providing updates on quality status.
