Key Responsibilities:

● Design, implement, and refine comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies to

boost customer acquisition, activation, retention, and overall revenue.

● Lead end-to-end growth marketing campaigns, leveraging Inbound marketing

strategies like email marketing, and paid advertising to maximize reach and impact.

● Regularly conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to enhance

conversion rates and engagement metrics.

● Analyze performance data from tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and

HubSpot to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and report findings.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to synchronize marketing efforts with

larger company goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and efficient customer funnel

progression.

● Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget across platforms such as

Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimizing for maximum ROI.

● Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to keep

UrbanPiper at the forefront of growth marketing practices.

● Identify new growth channels and experiment with innovative tactics to expand the

company’s reach.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing/growth/demand generation role, preferably

within the B2B SaaS industry.

● Proven expertise in crafting and managing successful paid advertising campaigns on

Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

● Strong copywriting skills with a knack for producing high-converting ad copy.

● Demonstrated experience with growth hacking strategies and their practical

applications.

● Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics,

Salesforce, or other performance-tracking tools.

● Familiarity with website management practices, including the use of CMS platforms

for content and user experience optimization.

● Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
