Role – Customer Support Executive

Position : Permanent with Apexon

Location : Bangalore - Work from Office

Job Description :

Pls find below given JD for BPO.

Should be excellent on English and Hindi.

 Should be OK to work in Rotational shifts and from Office.

·       Transport allowance for night shift - 350

·       10pm -7:30 am – 350+250 = INR 600 . (I month)

·       General shift –

·       12pm -10 pm – 350 INR transport allowance – 250 shift allowance 

·       6 pm to 3:30 am – 350 transport allowance – 250 shift allowance

·       Food bills are reimbursed for Sat and Sun .. Sat Breakfast and lunch is provided

·       Free breakfast / Dinner /lunch is provided. – for all shifts

·       20 days

We are looking for Customer support executive for Bangalore location .

·         Candidates must be flexible for night shifts. (

·       Can be full night shift or Rotational night shift - 10 pm to 7:30 am – 9.5 hours with 8.5 hours

·       Rotational Week off

·       Electronic city – Robert Bosch Office

·         No transport will be provided, Candidate will be provided with travel allowance.

·         We can hire Graduate , Candidates must have all the educational certificates.

·         We can also hire undergraduate , they will be hired on contract basis 6 months with Apexon Payroll(SOW)

·         Must be fluent with English and Hindi Languages. (Comm skills 100% on mark)

·         Notice period- Immediate to 15 days.

·         Interview mode: On Microsoft teams – Video call.

·       Can be aligned in different projects = IT projects
