Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager at Hashone Careers, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, managing bulk mail campaigns, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience that builds long-term relationships and supports business objectives.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client success, sales, or account management roles, ideally within the recruitment industry.
- Strong skills in lead generation and email marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and email marketing software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through market research and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Develop, implement, and monitor bulk email campaigns to communicate Hashone Careers’ offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on client success metrics, including onboarding performance, engagement rates, and campaign success.
