As a Quality Engineering (SDET), You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop,

execute, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality products

that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop scalable test automation for functional, integration, Batches, API, and performance

testing.

 Functional testing of Transaction batches & Automate regression and performance test

cases.

 Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to integrate automated tests

into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure thorough test coverage throughout the product lifecycle.

 Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices,

contributing to the overall software quality.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to track, and report key quality metrics (KPIs) to improve overall

product quality.

 Identify & raise potential quality risks early in the development process and collaborate on risk

mitigation strategies.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, enhancing processes,

methodologies, and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

 Strong experience in Fintech - Wealth Management / Trading platforms Domain is a must

 Hands on experience on Automation with API testing (Rest Assured, Postman)

 Hands on experience on Transaction Batches testing (e.g. SOD, EOD, Intra-day)

 Proven experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 5+ years in Automation

 Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python & JS) for developing

automated test scripts.

 Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or related field; advanced degree

preferred.

 Well versed with Agile, JIRA & Test management tools

 Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

across functions and levels of the organization.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make

data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar platforms.

 Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

 Certification in software quality practices (e.g., ISTQB or similar).
