Position: Chatbot Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design chatbot functionalities that align with client goals.
• Develop, test, and deploy chatbots using industry-leading chatbot development platforms and frameworks.
• Design conversational flows, dialogues, and interactions that provide intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Integrate chatbots with existing systems, applications, and databases to fetch and update information in real-time.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve chatbot understanding and response accuracy.
• Continuously improve chatbot performance by analyzing user interactions and making data-driven refinements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development, AI, and NLP technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the chatbot interface is visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chatbot functionality, integrations, and performance.
• Document the chatbot development process, including architecture, design decisions, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain the security and privacy of user data throughout the chatbot interaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying chatbots using platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to chatbot development.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and libraries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhook integrations, and data exchange between systems.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for creating user-friendly conversational interfaces.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality chatbot solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in machine learning and AI development is a bonus.
