Application Technology Management Senior

Position Description:

Sr Tools Support Analyst We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tools Ops professional to join our team. As a Tools Ops specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various tools, including ALM, UFT, and Tosca. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of these tools and providing technical assistance to the users.

Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the Queue, ensuring timely resolution of issues and

requests. • Provide production support for ALM, UFT, and Tosca, addressing user queries, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring uninterrupted tool functionality. • Offer business support for ALM, UFT, and Tosca, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions. • Assist in version upgrades for ALM, UFT, and Tosca, coordinating with the vendor and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions. • Collaborate with the vendor to raise and track requests related to ALM, UFT, and Tosca, acting as a liaison and driving timely resolution of issues. • Generate and present metrics to management, providing insights into tool performance, usage, and user

behavior. • Execute security and control activities, such as AAR (Access Authorization Request), AFT (Access Fulfillment Tracker), SOD (Segregation of Duties), and other related processes, to maintain compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in supporting and administering Quality Center, ALM, UFT, and Tosca tools. • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for these tools, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. •

Familiarity with version upgrades and coordination with vendors for tool-related matters. • Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and vendors effectively. • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. • Understanding of security and access control practices for maintaining data integrity. •

Proficiency in generating metrics/reports to present it to management.
