B. JOB SUMMARY:


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our sales efforts for export as well as domestic market in tiles. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new customers and opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing, a passion for excellent communication and negotiation skills.


C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

· Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

· Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.

· Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

· Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

· Sales and marketing certifications or training programs

· Experience in Tiles sales or related industry

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Good time management abilities



F. LANGUAGE SKILLS:


· Excellent in Verbal English and Hindi

· Knowing additional languages will be beneficial.


Candidates having experience in Tiles sales or related industry is preferable


G. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:


· Extensive travel within India to meet clients, suppliers, and partners.

· Occasional international travel to attend conferences, trade shows, and meet with

 International partners.

· Weekly Travel to Factory at Morbi.
