Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Harisun Tiles LLP. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The employment type for this role is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in tiles and ceramic field
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and capitalize on them
  • Good understanding of the sales process and negotiation techniques
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence
