We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team and assist in developing sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to innovative Sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of products for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the bags and luggage industry is a plus, but not required.
