We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR & Admin Manager to join our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate with department heads
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
Administrative Duties:
• Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Manage company communications and correspondence
• Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Assist in budgeting and cost control measures
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers
Employee Engagement and Workplace Harmony:
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Organize team-building activities and company events
• Foster a positive work culture across all departments
• Facilitate communication between management and staff
• Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Housekeeping and Cleanliness Management:
• Develop and enforce cleanliness standards for the factory and office areas
• Oversee the housekeeping staff and their schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement and maintain sustainable cleaning practices
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in managing diverse workforces (blue-collar and white-collar employees)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ex-serviceman, Retired Armed Forces
