As an Area Sales Officer, you will be the face of Harissons Bags Pvt Ltd in the field, visiting retailers and distributors to secure orders and expand our market presence. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with key accounts, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing retailers and distributors in the assigned
territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
• Conduct regular field visits to retailers and distributors to book orders and promote our
product range
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company
• Provide product knowledge training to retailers and their staff
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales
strategies
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities and events
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luggage industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
