Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures to ensure their safety, reliability, and compliance with building codes. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The employment type for this role is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 4 to 6 years of experience in structural engineering
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, codes, and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in proposal writing and cost management is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design structures and develop detailed calculations and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Perform structural analysis and simulations to ensure structural integrity and safety
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design specifications are met
• Review and analyze project specifications and requirements
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Troubleshoot structural issues and provide solutions
• Stay updated with latest advancements and trends in structural engineering
