Job Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Interior Execution professional to join our dynamic and growing team at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a Sr. Interior Execution, you will be responsible for executing interior design projects to ensure high-quality and timely completion. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in interior execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Strong project estimation and construction estimating skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to manage budgets and track expenses
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute interior design projects according to client's requirements and design specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
• Supervise and guide junior team members in their day-to-day activities
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in interior design
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
