Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using construction management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project needs and requirements
• Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
• Perform site inspections and maintain accurate records of construction activities
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients
