Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in MEP Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in performing construction site inspections and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the efficient and effective installation of MEP systems.
• Perform detailed MEP calculations, including load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and schedules for MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot MEP systems and develop appropriate solutions to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MEP technologies and incorporate them into project designs.
• Collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
