Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural and interior design projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in the architecture or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and other related software.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and lighting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural and interior design projects using Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations that meet client expectations.
• Develop and refine 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials for realistic and visually appealing visualizations.
• Create interior and exterior renderings, elevations, and walkthrough animations to showcase design concepts and spatial layouts.
• Optimize render settings and manage render times to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization technology and techniques.
• Maintain a portfolio of past projects to showcase your skills and achievements.
• Attend project meetings and presentations to provide support and present visualizations to clients.
