Job description
1. Proactively seek and onboard new stores, expanding the company’s reach and market presence.
2. Conduct regular store visits to foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
3. Efficiently manage and book follow up orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Supervision of Stock delivery as per route plan.
5. Supervision of Daily stock loading from warehouse and updation of same
6. Supervision of distributor & retail inventory & stock-age etc during field visits
7. Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure prompt settlement of invoices, contributing to healthy cash flow.
8. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns by collaborating with various departments if needed.
9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to provide a seamless experience for clients.
10. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to communicate their value propositions to clients effectively.
11. Showcase a commitment to exceeding sales targets and contribute to achieving the company’s revenue objectives.
12. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to the management & the team to refine sales strategies.
13. Conducting promotional events & marketing activations in conjunction with the internal teams
14. Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
Required qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and sales
2. Minimum High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
3. FMCG sales experience or Food industry background is a mandatory requirement
4. Have own vehicle
Preferred qualifications
1. Candidate should have a sales background
2. Open to travel in allocated area
