Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at Happi Mobiles Pvt Ltd. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as Tally ERP
• Knowledge of GST regulations and tax filing procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis
• Process and file tax returns, including GST
• Support year-end closing activities and audit processes
• Maintain and update accounting databases and systems
