• Loan sales (Mandatory skill)
• Customer Service: Strong ability to address and assist customer needs effectively.
• Loan Origination: Proficient in the process of creating new loans.
• Credit Analysis: Skilled in evaluating the creditworthiness of applicants.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable of the legal and regulatory framework governing loan processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in reviewing documents and financial information.
• MFI: Experience with microfinance institutions (MFIs) or similar financial entities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up with potential borrowers to secure loan sales.
• Perform credit analysis to determine the creditworthiness of applicants and recommend loan approval or rejection.
• Ensure all loan processes align with regulatory compliance requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the loan process, providing updates and support as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless loan origination process.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and applicant interactions in the company database.
