Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team at Haldivita, a leading FMCG company in New Delhi, Delhi. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our flagship product, Haldivita, a Turmeric-based health drink, to potential customers. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in sales or a related role in the FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell Haldivita products to potential customers, including retailers and distributors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Meet sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and measure performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase Haldivita products
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
