Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to be stationed in Noida. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the sales team, contributing to our mission to deliver premium health drinks worldwide.

The Account Assistant will support the sales and finance teams by assisting with the management of promoters. This includes live interaction with promoters, reviewing their performance, making outbound calls, and helping set and achieve sales targets. The role will involve close collaboration with sales teams to ensure goals are met and sales operations run smoothly.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in using Salesforce CRM to manage and analyze customer interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot to manage customer relationships and drive sales processes forward.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM to automate sales and marketing operations and improve productivity.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management principles to enhance client relationships and sales performance.
  • Ability to conduct detailed data analysis for informed decision-making and strategy development.
  • Keen problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions in sales processes.
  • Proven experience in a sales, support, or administrative role (preferably within the retail or sales industry).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating sales documents, and scheduling meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to streamline communication and ensure all sales efforts align with company goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and track sales activities.
  • Analyze data to provide insightful reports and forecasts to the sales team and management.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
  • Address customer queries and issues, providing prompt solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve sales processes, adopting best practices for efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and input on sales operations and strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for promoters during live sessions or real-time activities.
  • Ensure promoters are equipped with the information and tools needed for successful engagement with customers.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from promoters promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly review promoter performance, tracking key metrics such as sales volume, engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback to promoters to help improve performance and achieve set targets.
  • Make outbound calls to promoters for follow-ups, reminders, and updates on their performance or target progress.
  • Answer any inquiries or concerns promoters may have regarding targets, tools, or promotional materials.
  • Assist promoters in resolving any issues or questions they may encounter during their work.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help establish realistic and challenging sales targets for promoters.
  • Ensure promoters are clear on their objectives and how their performance aligns with the company’s overall sales strategy.
  • Provide promoters with resources, training, and guidance to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to the team on how to improve promoter effectiveness and sales outcomes.
  • Offer recommendations for process improvements or strategies to boost promoter performance and sales achievements.
