Job Overview

The role of Purchasing Manager at Haldivita is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position based in Noida. We seek candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience to manage and optimize our procurement processes. The Purchasing Manager will play a crucial role in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of quality ingredients and materials needed for production.

  • Experience in spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and ensure procurement is aligned with business goals.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for managing procurement data, creating reports, and performing quantitative analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with existing suppliers while identifying potential new suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.
  • Analyze spend patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, and other procurement terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
