Roles and Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels and platforms
• Conduct interviews and screen candidates for their fit with the company culture and job requirements
• Facilitate the negotiation process between the company and job applicants
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
• Assist in onboarding new employees and provide necessary training and orientation
