Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join Haldivita's dynamic team in Lucknow. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and negotiation, along with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, enabling the successful execution of sales strategies. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the effective management of sales officers and promoters to drive sales growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM Software to manage customer data and sales tasks efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Relationship Management to foster and maintain strong client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills for securing beneficial sales agreements and resolving client needs effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Salesforce to track sales activities, leads, and improve the overall sales process.
- Ability to manage multiple sales territories, optimizing performances and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Competence in using Data Analysis Tools to gather insights and craft data-driven sales strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills to convey product benefits effectively and enhance customer engagement.
- Proven track record in Sales Strategy Development to increase market presence and drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the field sales team, including sales officers and promoters, to achieve and exceed sales targets specific to the Lucknow region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand Haldivita's market presence.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through expert management of CRM tools and personalized service.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives and market trends.
- Regularly report on sales progress, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Identify training needs within the sales team and provide support to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
