Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA or a 30% hike (whichever is applicable)

Location: Bangalore (Multiple Locations)


Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in the internet service provider (fibernet) sector. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products and services. The role requires traveling within a designated area to engage with customers and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sales activities and build a strong customer base within the assigned locations.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the company’s fibernet products and services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the internet service provider (fibernet) sector.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel within a 15-20 km radius daily.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Maximum age limit: 35 years.
  • Experience documents from the last company are mandatory.
  • Candidates must be proficient in Kannada (both spoken and written).
