Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level CA Inter Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at Haldivita in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in accounting and finance. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, and financial analysis, among other accounting duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience within the FMCG industry or related sectors.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of Taxation (Mandatory skill).
• Strong experience in Financial Analysis (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in conducting audits in alignment with established procedures.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles and practices.
• Experience in developing and managing Budgets.
• Ability to ensure Compliance with various financial regulations and standards.
• Effective Risk Management skills to identify and mitigate financial risks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements adhering to guidelines.
• Ensure all tax returns are filed accurately and timely, and handle tax planning.
• Conduct financial analysis to assist management in decision-making processes.
• Oversee and perform audits ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement budgets, and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
• Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Manage financial risks and develop strategies to minimize financial exposure.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and manage financial information effectively.
• Support financial closing processes by preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Participate in strategy meetings and provide financial insights and projections.
