Job Summary:
The Account Assistant will support the sales and finance teams by assisting with the management of promoters. This includes live interaction with promoters, reviewing their performance, making outbound calls, and helping set and achieve sales targets. The role will involve close collaboration with sales teams to ensure goals are met and sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Promoter Live Interactions:
Serve as the main point of contact for promoters during live sessions or real-time activities.
Ensure promoters are equipped with the information and tools needed for successful engagement with customers.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns from promoters promptly and professionally.
Promoter Performance Review:
Regularly review promoter performance, tracking key metrics such as sales volume, engagement, and customer feedback.
Provide constructive feedback to promoters to help improve performance and achieve set targets.
Promoter Calling:
Make outbound calls to promoters for follow-ups, reminders, and updates on their performance or target progress.
Answer any inquiries or concerns promoters may have regarding targets, tools, or promotional materials.
Assist promoters in resolving any issues or questions they may encounter during their work.
Assist in Setting Targets:
Collaborate with the sales team to help establish realistic and challenging sales targets for promoters.
Ensure promoters are clear on their objectives and how their performance aligns with the company’s overall sales strategy.
Support in Achieving Sales Goals:
Provide promoters with resources, training, and guidance to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyze performance data and provide insights to the team on how to improve promoter effectiveness and sales outcomes.
Offer recommendations for process improvements or strategies to boost promoter performance and sales achievements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales, support, or administrative role (preferably within the retail or sales industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or assistant roles
