Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated OMFS HT Surgeon to join our team at Advanced Hair Restoration India Pvt Ltd. This position is ideal for a fresher and offers exposure to advanced surgical procedures in a full-time capacity. The job requires a minimum work experience of 0 years and is located across our clinics in Alappuzha, Palakkad district, Kollam, Salem, and Madurai.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in surgical techniques to perform diverse procedures efficiently and safely in a clinical setting.
• Experience or training in mandibular fracture management, including diagnosis and surgical intervention for patients.
• Knowledge of orthognathic surgery to correct jaw and facial bone irregularities for functional and aesthetic improvement.
• Familiarity with dental implant procedures to replace missing teeth and restore patient oral function effectively.
• Skill in TMJ arthroscopy for minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders.
• Competence with 3D imaging technologies, aiding in planning and executing precise surgical interventions.
• Ability to conduct cleft lip and palate repair surgeries, contributing to improved patient quality of life and appearance.
• Experience or knowledge in microvascular reconstruction for reconstructing head and neck defects post-trauma or surgery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries in line with hospital standards and patient expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute patient treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Participate in patient consultations to assess conditions and develop suitable treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and advancements in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up to monitor patient recovery and ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to professional development.
• Support and contribute to clinic efforts in achieving strategic goals and enhancing patient satisfaction.
