Role: Sr Digital Designer

You’re a professional in graphic design and understand how thoughtfully designed experiences can impact all aspects of the organization

-Comfortable with leading and presenting in stakeholder reviews

- You have a strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of design (color, composition, typography) and usability best practices for both web (desktop and mobile) and app.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce visual designs with clear information architecture and hierarchy

Keep up to date and share industry trends and best practices about digital design and UX

Create visual and interaction style guides, templates, and other frameworks

Produce design specifications that can be delivered to front end development for execution

Conceptualize usable, consistent and intuitive user experiences across platforms and devices by considering market context, industry and competitive trends, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings

Conduct A/B and Multivariate testing and adapt wireframe/prototype/design iterations based on feedback

Mentor junior members of the Digital Creative team
