- We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including managing the entire recruitment process from posting job vacancies on various portals to screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- They will oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring thorough documentation, conducting orientation sessions, managing exit procedures with proper paperwork, and issuing experience letters.
- This role involves preparing and distributing contracts, offer letters, and policy updates, as well as collaborating with different departments to address their HR needs effectively. The Human Resources Executive will maintain daily attendance reports, and ensure accurate leave records.
- Coordination with other branches for attendance records for salary calculation is essential, along with preparing the monthly activity calendar reports.
- They will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement through various activities, identifying training and development needs, and managing professional development programs.
- The executive will also handle conflict resolution and work to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- This position requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, proven HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a positive attitude.
