Key Responsibilities:

 ·  Supplying quality content in their stream.

·    To track the challenges that appear on our Q&A.

·     Responsible for giving the solution to the query which will appear on the portal.

·     Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.

·     Maintaining and updating the daily tracker.

·     Support the client queries on a real-time basis.

Skills:

 ·   Preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in their respected subject of expertise.

·    Knowledge of MS Office.

·    Excellent Proficiency in English language.

·    Exceptional mentorship abilities to implement technical solutions.

·    Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.

·    Ability to identify & solve problems.
