Supplying quality content in their stream

Responsible for giving the solution to the query that will appear in the portal.

To track the challenges that appear on our team 

Determining and giving technical solutions meet Defined requirements 

Maintaining and updating the daily tracker and supporting the clients in real-time 

Skills Required 

Excellent communication in English 

Bachelor"s and Master"s degrees required in the respective subject 

Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Exceptional mentorship abilities to implement technical solutions 

Ability to identify and solve problems
