Our Newest Opportunity:

OneDigital leverages BPO relationships for back-office services with a primary goal of reducing costs, freeing up time, and focusing teams on core aspects of the business. The Business Process Outsourcing Program Manager primary focus will be working with BPO vendor partners and field offices, with the goal of helping corporate and field offices optimize their operations so that they can continuously improve their results. This role will also offer team operational support for OneDigitals corporate Benefits Administration Operations team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Point of contact between outsource vendors and field offices within OneDigital
  • Create and manage communication and marketing plans to promote BPO internally
  • Manage the onboarding of new and existing services to vendor partners and drive adoption
  • At times step in to help onboard new offerings
  • Coordinate and facilitate quarterly business reviews with vendors
  • Track savings both hard and soft for services outsourced
  • Stay informed of potential impacts to service and offshore marketplace changes and recommend adjustments as necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Create reporting, tracking and dashboard processes with BPO vendor and analyze case trends for process improvement opportunities
  • Seek future growth opportunities within OneDigital including innovation and efficiencies to scale services
  • Provide creative direction and oversee content for BPO internal website
  • Coordinate amongst field offices to exchange BPO ideas and learnings
  • Aid in managing the selection of BPO partners and managing the ongoing relationships and results
  • Be a member of the BPO governance team within OneDigital
  • Work with field leaders to identify opportunities for expansion of BPO adoption
  • Aid in assessing and negotiating best in class contract provisions with BPO and benefit administration technology vendor partners

Team Operational Support:

  • Work with departments to organize monthly operation reviews
  • Assist in gathering and tracking key metrics and reports
  • Assist with support of OneDigitals Benefits Technology vendors
  • Manage departmental initiatives aimed at meeting the organizations goals

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels

  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening, with a demonstrated ability to be able to effectively communicate with C-suite and Executive level clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT)

Education, Training and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing outsourced business processes and outsourcing vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Desired experience in Health & Benefits / Insurance industry
  • Experience evaluating performance and managing vendor partner to contracted SLAs
  • Experience communicating performance, value, and efficiency metrics to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management a plus
