Job Overview


We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our team at Angika. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting them into sales. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of real estate industry and property listings is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, customer inquiries, and referrals
  • Contact potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a database of potential customers and update the CRM system
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
