Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Experience in the solar energy industry is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing requirements and provide guidance and support.
• Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management to minimize costs and improve availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Track and report key performance metrics to management and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
