Professional Secretary for Chairman – (Preferably Male)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings for the Chairman, ensuring that schedules align and necessary materials are prepared.
  • Handle emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills (Kannada & preferably English).
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed by the Chairman, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Keep track of the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and deadlines, making sure they are well-informed and prepared for upcoming events.
  •  Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, both within the company and in external interactions.

Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience in Secretarial field.

Qualification: 12th Pass/any diploma/bachelors/masters/relevant academic background.

Stipend: Most valuable candidate will receive the maximum salary.
